• Certificate in carpentry and joinery.

Franco De Pasquale - Director

A lawyer by trade, Franco oversees all financial aspects of construction – from project evaluation through to delivering projects on budget and on time. An avid player in the property arena, Franco believes one of the keys to successful projects is detailed financial modeling to allow for realistic risk-management strategies.

Franco has investments in the residential and commercial property sectors in QLD, NSW and Victoria.

Mark Bindon – Director

Mark has a degree in Economics and postgraduate qualifications in Business. He has been active in the property sector for over 15 years and still looks for development opportunities throughout South East Queensland. A believer in the need to thoroughly research opportunities, Mark ensures projects meet strict long-term guidelines from demographic and capital growth standpoints.

Marco De Pasquale – Director

Marco has a degree in Commerce and has had extensive experience in the marketing arena as a partner in one of Brisbane’s premier advertising agencies for over 20 years. The strength of any property project is its “marketability,’ says Marco. ‘At the end of the day, a property’s value will ultimately be determined by someone else’s view of value, so selecting the right project from this perspective is crucial to its future value and performance’
